Terms and Conditions
- The trip is to be taken in February of 2025.
- All entrants must be over the age of 19 and be legally eligible for travel to Columbia.
- The prize will be awarded to ONE lucky participant.
- Contest closes June 14, 2024.
- The winner will be notified on June 22, 2024 (day of event).
- The winner will be randomly drawn from the eligible prize pool and MUST be a registered participant of the KYMF event. The winner MUST be in attendance at the KYMF after-party at the Canada Games Plaza to accept being the winner, or another winner will be chosen.
- The prize includes 10 nights of accommodation, meals, transportation during the tour, ride guides, and ride support.
- Dietary restrictions can be accommodated.
- Hydration, snacks, coffee stops, and transportation during the tour are included.
- Airfare and transportation to and from the airport is NOT included and is the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Prize winners are solely responsible for payment of any additional items not included in the prize (ie: alcohol, telephone calls, travel insurance, bike rental if not bringing your bike, travel companion, etc.)
- This prize is NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE, and has NO CASH VALUE.
